Tracking with our new Note-Working Success System
We have been beta testing this system for a few months now, and it has become clear that tracking your efforts is essential. With only one full month to go before our May launch date, some early users say that it keeps them honest about their commitment; others say it’s the first time they’ve spent the time tracking their results, while still others say it lifts them up when they see the actual results they are receiving. Any way you look at it, our system is working, and our tracking system is easy.

One sheet encompasses all the stats in an easy-to-use and systematic format:

  • Keep track of all the notes sent (3 notes a day)
  • Check off categories
    (prospect, customer, employee,
    vendor or personal)
  • Check if your recipient responded
(via e-mail, phone or both) and the date
  • Indicate if you made any type of follow-up

At month’s end, you culminate an overall tally of your response rate with any increase in sales for the month.

“Using the Note-Working Success System forced me to learn how to write again, be personable and more focused on building relationships. As a web specialist, most of my clients are used to getting emails from me so sending a handwritten note is definitely an attention getter.” Mark Treager, President, Outdoor Technology, Inc. http://www.outdoortech.net

Our graphic design has gone global!
This month our graphic design feature is focused on Johnson Ferry Baptist Church (JFBC) and their annual Global Ministries Conference. This is the third year our sister company, Lowry Vickers Design (LVD), has designed and produced the printed material and signage for their event.

"Our most recent six-month commitment drive, for which Lowry Vickers Design created our beautiful commitment cards, is right on track – collecting pledges of over $633,800 in just two Sundays alone. The design of the entire campaign (including brochure, offering envelope, prayer guide and signs) looks so good – I have actually received several calls asking who designed it for us." Pam Crenshaw, JFBC Global Ministries

In addition, LVD also designed the Global Ministries logo and created a kiosk brochure that is given out to individuals who want more information about the mission and activities of Global Ministries. If you know of a church or company in need of professionally designed conference materials, let us know. Check out more samples of our work at [http://www.profitsinprogress.com/lvd]. Health Tip:
Are you getting enough sleep? We all lose a little sleep now and then. But about 70 million Americans suffer from sleep problems, according to the National Center on Sleep Disorders. Since these problems cover a broad range of more than 70 major conditions, from insomnia to sleep apnea, it's often difficult to diagnose and treat them quickly. How do you know if you have a chronic sleeping disorder? Take this quiz, prepared by the National Sleep Foundation, to find out what the experts say you should know about your sleeping habits.
